Paying

How do I pay?

By PayID from any Australian bank app, or by direct bank transfer to our BSB and account number. Pick one at checkout. Either way you get the exact amount, an order reference and an invoice you can print. Put the reference in the payment description, then tap "I've paid" so we know to look for it.

Why don't you take cards?

Card processors in Australia generally will not underwrite research-peptide sales. PayID and bank transfer have no card fees and work from every Australian bank. PayID is the faster of the two.

How long until my payment is confirmed?

PayID transfers usually land within minutes. A bank transfer to a new payee can take one business day to clear. We email you as soon as the transfer is matched to your reference.

Dispatch and delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders confirmed before 2 pm Melbourne time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed after 2 pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, go out the next business day. Your Australia Post tracking number is emailed at dispatch.

Full detail on the shipping page.

How much is shipping?

$15 flat anywhere in Australia, free on orders over $250. We do not ship internationally.

Do you offer multi-buy pricing?

Yes. Two vials of one compound take 5% off and three or more take 10% off, any strengths combined. The saving is applied automatically in the cart and at checkout. Consumables and the starter pack are not included.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Plain outer packaging with nothing on the outside that says what is inside. Sealed, batch-numbered vials inside.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking number from your dispatch email at auspost.com.au/track. If there is no scan for 5 business days after dispatch, message us with your order reference and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?

Every parcel is tracked. Contact us with your order reference and we lodge the enquiry with Australia Post and keep you updated until it is resolved. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us a photo the same day.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Before dispatch, yes. Message us with your order reference. After dispatch the parcel is with Australia Post and cannot be changed, and there are no refunds for change of mind. Damaged or incorrect items are covered in the terms: message us within 48 hours with photos.

Testing and batches

What does the HPLC verified badge mean?

An independent laboratory has tested a batch of that compound and reported purity at or above 99 percent by HPLC. The result, the lab, the batch number and the date are published on the lab results page. Where a compound reads "Batch COA on request", we do not yet hold an independent result for it.

How do I check a lab result myself?

Open janoshik.com/verify and enter the task number and key shown on the lab results page. The lab's own copy of the report loads. Freedom Diagnostics and Vanguard reports are PDFs we forward on request.

Do you have a certificate for my batch?

Check the batch number on your vial against the lab results page. If it is not listed, message us with the batch number and we will forward the supplier's certificate of analysis.

Do I need bacteriostatic water?

Lyophilised vials are reconstituted with bacteriostatic water for laboratory use. We sell 10 mL vials separately, or in the starter pack with swabs and syringes at checkout.

Is there a reconstitution calculator?

Yes. The calculator is a laboratory preparation tool that works back from the quantity per draw to the water to add and the syringe units. It carries no preset quantities and no per-compound amounts.

What tests do the labs run?

HPLC for purity and, on some batches, mass spectrometry for identity. Each certificate on the lab results page shows the lab, the method, the analysis date and a verification key you can check with the lab.

Research-only status

Are the products approved by the TGA?

No. Everything in the catalogue is a research chemical sold for laboratory research only. It is not approved by the TGA or the FDA, it is not for human consumption, and we do not supply it for human use.

Do you give dosing or protocol advice?

No. We answer questions about orders, batches and the published research in the research library. We do not give dosing, administration or personal-use guidance.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes. You must be 18 or older to order.
